Meeting the Needs of Families One Child at a Time

About the Director

Hello. My name is Donna Sapienza, Director of Little Lamb. I have been a child care provider here at Little Lamb since 1999, and I ran a home day care when my own children were younger. My husband Joe and I have been married thirty plus years. We have four adult children and seven grandchildren.

My Philosophy

All children deserve love, attention, and nurturing. Little Lamb provides in all of these areas. We believe that positive reinforcement is important for children to develop self-esteem. Children need an environment that supports free expression and stimulates learning, allowing for fun in the process. We allow children to have hands-on learning experiences that foster age appropriate development. Little Lamb is a safe environment that provides children the opportunity to explore and grow during their formative years, instilling in them a passion for lifelong learning.
